By accepting these conditions, the USER expressly authorizes Insurancecheapquoute to transfer and communicate its data to the rest of the companies of the group and other collaborating companies, for commercial purposes and for carrying out its own activity.
In turn, and in accordance with Law 34/2002, of July 12, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, Insurancecheapquoute will keep the connection and traffic data generated by the provision of the service for a period Maximum of twelve (12) months, used to locate the terminal equipment used by the USER, and to identify the origin of the data and the moment in which the service was started. This retention of data will be done with respect to the current regulations on protection of personal data.
